Srishti Concert Surbahar

We have been working on the ultimate surbahar from Srishti and had several prototypes that ended up sold before getting on the site but finally here it is.... Made to be played in G to A.  Scrolled carved headstock, colored penwork. Modern styled grommets. The footrest or instrument anchor is a carved peacock which has been left un-mounted to fit to your exact needs. A beautiful sounding surbahar that's over 16 1/2 inches wide at the tabli. Has long lasting synthetic bridges and a brass langot. Sympathetic string access is easier with accessible dual post design and penwork surrounding the exit. Comes with a black fiberglass case and matching black large top gourd case.. This instrument has been air shipped to US from India as all our instruments, any others you'll find outside of India are generally container shipped...Expect shipping to be around $185 to most US locations via Fed Ex but actual shipping charge will be determined upon sale.
