possible. In this final Technique video
Indrajit explains the art of improvisation
on sitar and how an artist puts together
material within an established composition.
He also covers a few ornamentation
techniques as well. After filming we decided
to combine the Techniques video with a full
coverage of Raga Pilu. Pilu is a very good
raga to develop improvisational skills and
is also quite popular. There are MANY
lessons worth of material in the 2 disc set
135 minutes total.
