Burmese teak from reclaimed wood, over 100 years old.. Custom design in collaboration with with Naeem who comes from the oldest family of instrument makers in Miraj, India. Pandarpur gourd, accented edges on headstock and inlay and natural materials for bridge and fittings. Jawari on these is done by Naushad Sitarmaker, 3/4 open. The old teak wood gives it a wonderful full and warm sound, sitars don't get better than this! Please email for a demo.
